About Us

Hi! I'm Sarah

I've been planning, coordinating, and executing private events and weddings since 2006. I love events, thinking through details, thinking of special extras, serving others, and watching the vision for your wedding come to life! 

I want you to enjoy your special day

That's why you can count on me to handle the day-of details for your event. I'll talk with you ahead of time about your event, helping you to think through all of the details; help you develop a timeline for your event that I will share with all of your vendors and make sure is followed during the event; oversee decorating and set up so you can focus on getting ready; be there to greet your vendors and guide them on your vision for the day; take care of your needs throughout the event; and be there to oversee cleanup while you go on to enjoy the next part of your day.

Services

Day-Of Wedding Coordination - $1,300

For the couple who has completed their planning (or plans to do so) and is looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision. This package allows couples to relax and be a guest at their own wedding! Includes organizational guidance for the day's events and details, online checklists, timeline development and management, online guest organization and seating chart tools, vendor coordination and management, wedding rehearsal coordination, and presence before, during, and after your wedding to coordinate and manage everything we've talked about.


**An assistant wedding coordinator will be required at an additional fee ($300) if ceremony and reception are in two different locations so that someone is there to greet and guide your vendors at the reception site while another is coordinating the ceremony or if your guest count is greater than 200. 

Ceremony Only Coordination - $450

For the couple who has completed their planning and vendor selection (or plans to do so) but needs help managing the ceremony rehearsal and day-of ceremony details. Includes organizational guidance for the ceremony, wedding rehearsal coordination, set up of ceremony items, online checklists, timeline development and management, online guest organization tools, vendor coordination and management, and presence before, during, and after your ceremony to coordinate and manage everything we've talked about.

Reception Only Coordination - $850

For the couple who has completed their planning and vendor selection (or plans to do so) but needs help managing just the day-of reception details. Includes organizational guidance for the reception, online checklists, timeline development and management, online guest organization and seating chart tools, vendor coordination and management, and presence before, during, and after your reception to coordinate and manage everything we've talked about.

Partial Wedding Planning PLUS Day-Of Coordination - $2,000

For the couple who has most of their wedding planned but needs more advice and guidance throughout their time planning the perfect wedding. Includes everything in Full Day-Of Coordination plus help with up to three vendor recommendation/research and hiring, and event ideas. Sometimes you just need that go-to person that you know you can count on during those tough planning months and get things managed that you're overwhelmed by, have been avoiding, or don't just want to deal with. Also includes online budget management tools and design studio to help you visually define each aspect of your day.

A La Carte / Add On Services

  • Second wedding coordinator on-site day-of (required for full day service if ceremony and reception are in two different locations)
  • Rehearsal dinner, reception after party, or post-event brunch planning
  • Additional set up, decorating and/or clean up outside the regular scope of work
  • Return of rental items after the event
  • Gift transport and delivery
  • Out-of-Town guest bags - assembly and delivery
  • RSVP management
  • Assembly and packaging of event favors
  • Assistance in assembling and sending out event invitations
  • Help with the process of designing and/or printing of invitations/programs/menus
